By accessing or using BlackGlass AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Terms
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You may not share your account with others
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations
3. Access & Pricing
- Dashboard Access: Free to view, granted on application approval
- Platform License: One-time purchase — full source code, no recurring fees
- Pricing and inclusions for paid tiers are listed on the Platform page and confirmed in writing before any payment
- Refund policy for paid tiers is governed by the executed purchase agreement, not this document
4. Trading Services
- You connect YOUR own broker account using API keys you generate
- Your funds remain in YOUR broker account at all times — we never custody your capital
- API keys must be configured with trading permissions for the system to place orders on your behalf; we recommend disabling withdrawal permissions on any keys you provide
- Trades are executed in your account based on the system's autonomous decisions while it is enabled
- You can disable trading or revoke API keys at any time, directly with your broker

6. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR OTHER FINANCIAL HARM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
Maximum liability: Amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Share your account credentials
- Reverse engineer our AI or systems
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Service
- Scrape or abuse our API
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not class action lawsuits.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
